Thoughts from a recent client:

I love our final logo and brand! I feel like it captures and communicates the best part of what we are. I really couldn’t picture a brand that took all the complications of who we are and what we do and communicated it in a couple words and a picture–but Erik and Mary figured it out.

The process was just as great for us as the finished product. It was totally professional, and also a ton of fun. Side x Side asked great questions, which sparked great conversation which was helpful for us as an organization. That conversation guided and defined the brand and also clarified for ourselves what was really essential. I felt really safe that we were managing the communications process well with Erik as an advisor. They were always on hand to answer questions and come to meetings to make sure that all stakeholder felt included in the process.

We can finally talk about who are and what we do – focusing on the story of our good work and impact in the community and not just explaining who we work for. We always had a plan and some internal consistency but we had no way to share that with the community–now we have a cohesive identity that is engaging, powerful and fun. We can’t wait to see where we go from here!
